Section 11. Obligations of employers
Every employer must: (a) provide the apprentice trade training per this Act and its rules; (b) if not himself trade-qualified, ensure someone with prescribed qualifications supervises the apprentice’s training; (bb) provide adequate instructional staff, with prescribed qualifications, for practical/theoretical training and trade-test facilities; and (c) carry out his obligations under the contract of apprenticeship.
