Section 12. Obligations of apprentices
(1) Every trade apprentice must: (a) learn his trade conscientiously and diligently, aiming to qualify as a skilled craftsman before training ends; (b) attend practical and instructional classes regularly; (c) carry out all lawful orders of his employer and superiors; and (d) carry out his obligations under the contract of apprenticeship.
(2) Every graduate/technician/vocational apprentice must: (a) learn his subject field conscientiously and diligently at his training place; (b) attend practical and instructional classes regularly; (c) carry out all lawful orders of his employer and superiors; (d) carry out his contractual obligations, including maintaining prescribed work records.
