Section 19. Records and returns
(1) Every employer must maintain, in prescribed form, records of the training progress of each apprentice in his establishment.
(2) Until a portal-site is developed, every employer must furnish prescribed information/returns, in prescribed form, to prescribed authorities at prescribed intervals.
(3) Every employer must also report trade-wise apprentice requirement and engagement on the Central Government’s portal-site once developed.
