Section 21. Holding of test and grant of certificate and conclusion of training
(1) Every trade apprentice who completes his training period may sit a proficiency test conducted by the National Council or another Central Government-authorised agency.
(2) Every trade apprentice who passes the test is granted a certificate of proficiency by the National Council or the authorised agency.
(3) The training progress of every graduate/technician/vocational apprentice is assessed periodically by the employer.
(4) Every graduate/technician/vocational apprentice who satisfactorily completes training, per the concerned Regional Board, is granted a certificate of proficiency by that Board.
