Section 25. Vacancies not to invalidate acts and proceedings
No act done or proceeding taken by the National Council, Central Apprenticeship Council, State Council, or State Apprenticeship Council under this Act may be questioned merely on the ground of a vacancy in, or defect in the constitution of, such Council.
