Section 38. [Repeal] — Repealed
Section 38 was repealed by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1964 (Act 52 of 1964), s. 2 and the First Schedule, with effect from 29 December 1964. It originally repealed a spent enactment consequent on this Act’s commencement.
