Section 43E. Vacancies, etc., not to invalidate proceedings of Council
No act or proceeding of the Council shall be questioned or shall be invalid merely on the ground of—
- (a) existence of any vacancy or defect, in the constitution of the Council; or
- (b) any defect in the appointment of a person acting as a Chairperson or as a Member of the Council; or
- (c) any irregularity in the procedure of the Council not affecting the merits of the case.
