Section 43H. Appointment of experts and constitution of Committees thereof
(1) The Council may appoint experts and constitute committees of experts to look into such issues as may be considered necessary for discharge of its functions.
(2) The terms and conditions of appointment of expert or the constitution of the committee shall be such as may be specified by the regulations.
