Section 43M. Chief Executive Officer
(1) There shall be a Chief Executive Officer of the Council, who shall be responsible for day-to-day administration of the Council.
(2) The qualifications, appointment and other terms and conditions of service of the Chief Executive Officer shall be such as may be specified by the regulations.
(3) The Chief Executive Officer shall be assisted by such officers and other employees as may be prescribed.
