Section 62. Saving
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 61, any conciliation proceeding initiated in pursuance of the provisions of sections 61 to 81 of this Act as it stood immediately before the commencement of the Mediation Act, 2023, shall be continued and disposed of in accordance with the said provisions as if the Mediation Act, 2023 had not come into force.
This completes Part III (Conciliation) of the Act, as amended by the Mediation Act, 2023.
