Section 86. Repeal and saving
(1) The Arbitration and Conciliation (Third) Ordinance, 1996 (Ord. 32 of 1996) is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any order made or thing done, or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been made, done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
Note: This section, referring to the Ordinance that preceded the Act’s enactment, is now of largely historical/transitional significance.
