The Second Schedule
The Second Schedule to the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 was repealed by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1957 (36 of 1957), section 2 and the First Schedule to that Act.
No substantive text of this Schedule remains in force. The Act’s current schedule numbering therefore proceeds directly from the First Schedule (amendments to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934) to the Third Schedule (forms of balance sheet and profit and loss account).
