Section 45K. [Omitted]
Section 45K, which originally dealt with the power of the High Court to enforce schemes of arrangement, was omitted by the Banking Companies (Amendment) Act, 1959, with effect from 1 October 1959.
Note: Part IIIA was inserted by the Banking Companies (Amendment) Act, 1953.
