Section 45U. Power of High Court to make rules
The High Court may make rules, consistent with this Act and the rules made under section 52, prescribing:
(a) the manner in which inquiries and proceedings under Part III or Part IIIA may be held;
(b) the offences that may be tried summarily;
(c) the authority to which, and the conditions on which, appeals may be preferred, and the manner in which such appeals are filed and heard;
(d) any other matter for which provision is needed to enable the High Court to effectively exercise its functions under this Act.
Note: Part IIIA was inserted by the Banking Companies (Amendment) Act, 1953.
