130C. Case before High Court to be heard by not less than two judges
A case referred to the High Court under this Chapter is heard by a Bench of not less than two judges, and is decided in accordance with the opinion of the majority, or, if the judges are equally divided, the opinion of the judges who first heard the case, referred to one or more other judges.
