130D. Decision of High Court or Supreme Court on the case stated
The High Court or Supreme Court, on hearing a case referred to it, shall decide the questions raised and deliver its judgment, specifying the grounds on which it is founded, and send a copy to the Appellate Tribunal, which shall pass such orders as necessary to dispose of the case in conformity with the judgment.
