135A. Preparation
Whoever makes preparation to export any goods in contravention of this Act, and from the circumstances of the preparation it may be reasonably inferred that if he was not intercepted he would have exported the goods in such contravention, is punishable with imprisonment for a term up to three years, or with fine, or both.
