135B. Power of court to publish name, place of business, etc., of persons convicted under the Act
Where a person is convicted under this Act, the court may, in addition to any punishment, direct that his name, place of residence/business, the offence and the punishment awarded be published, at his expense, in such newspapers or other manner as the court directs; the expense of such publication is recoverable as if it were a fine.
