41A. Passenger and crew departure manifest and passenger name record information
- The person-in-charge of a conveyance departing India for a foreign place, or any other prescribed person, shall deliver to the proper officer, before departure, in the prescribed form, manner and time: (a) the passenger and crew departure manifest; and (b) the passenger name record information.
- Where such manifest or information has been delivered but there is a subsequent addition/deletion, the person-in-charge or prescribed person shall deliver the amended manifest or information before departure, in the prescribed form and manner.
