58A. Licensing of special warehouses
The Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs may license a special warehouse, subject to such conditions as prescribed, wherein dutiable goods notified by the Board may be deposited, and such warehouse shall be under the physical control of the proper officer rather than mere record-based control.
