70. Allowance in case of volatile goods
- Where warehoused goods to which this section applies are, at delivery from the warehouse, found deficient in quantity due to natural loss, the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs may remit the duty on such deficiency.
- This section applies to such warehoused goods as the Central Government, having regard to their volatility and manner of storage, may, by notification, specify.
