94. Clearance of coastal goods at destination
- The master of a vessel carrying coastal goods shall carry a manifest of the goods and deliver it, along with the bill of coastal goods, to the proper officer at the port of destination.
- Where coastal goods are unloaded at a port, the proper officer shall grant permission for their unloading only after satisfying himself the goods are entered in the manifest.
