Section 3. Construction of certain references to Act 15 of 1877 and Act 9 of 1871.
All references in any Act or Regulation to sections 26 and 27 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1877 (now the Limitation Act, 1963) or to sections 27 and 28 of Act No. 9 of 1871 shall, in the territories to which this Act extends, be read as made to sections 15 and 16 of this Act.
