Section 45. Food Analysts
The Commissioner of Food Safety may, by notification, appoint suitably qualified persons as Food Analysts for assigned local areas. No person with a financial interest in the manufacture or sale of any article of food may be appointed a Food Analyst, and different Food Analysts may be appointed for different articles of food.
