Section 72. Civil court not to have jurisdiction
No civil court has jurisdiction to entertain any suit or proceeding in respect of a matter which an Adjudicating Officer or the Tribunal is empowered to determine under this Act, and no court or other authority may grant an injunction in respect of any action taken or to be taken under any power conferred by this Act.
