Section 81. Budget of Food Authority
The Food Authority shall prepare, in the form and at the time prescribed by the Central Government in each financial year, its budget for the next financial year showing estimated receipts and expenditure, and forward it to the Central Government.
With the prior approval of the Central Government, the Food Authority shall adopt financial regulations specifying, in particular, the procedure for drawing up and implementing its budget.
