Section 88. Protection of action taken in good faith
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding lies against the Central Government, a State Government, the Food Authority or other bodies constituted under this Act, or against any officer, member or employee of them acting under this Act, for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
