Section 15. Correction and amendment
The Registrar may, on terms considered just, permit correction of errors in, or amendment of, an application for registration at any stage — before or after acceptance.
Where an amendment involves dividing a single multi-class application (filed under section 11(3)) into two or more separate applications, each divided application retains the original filing date of the initial application.
