Section 34. Procedure for application for rectification, etc., before High Court
An application to the High Court for rectification of the register under section 27 must be made in the prescribed form.
A certified copy of every relevant High Court order or judgment concerning a registered geographical indication is communicated to the Registrar, who must give effect to it and, where directed, amend or rectify the register accordingly.
