Section 59. Implied warranty on sale of indicated goods

Where a geographical indication has been applied to goods on sale or under a contract of sale, the seller is deemed to warrant that it is a genuine geographical indication and not falsely applied, unless the contrary is stated in writing, signed by or for the seller, and delivered to and accepted by the buyer at the time of the sale.
