Section 60. Powers of Registrar
In all proceedings before him under this Act, the Registrar has all the powers of a civil court for receiving evidence, administering oaths, enforcing witness attendance, compelling discovery and production of documents, and issuing commissions to examine witnesses.
The Registrar may, subject to rules made under section 87, award costs as he considers reasonable, and such an order is executable as a civil court decree. He may also, on application made in the prescribed manner, review his own decision.
