Section 63. Death of party to a proceeding
If a party to a proceeding under this Act (other than a court proceeding) dies while it is pending, the Registrar may, on request and on proof of the transmission of the deceased’s interest, substitute their successor-in-interest in the proceeding. Alternatively, if the Registrar considers the deceased’s interest is sufficiently represented by the surviving parties, he may allow the proceeding to continue without such substitution.
