Section 65. Abandonment

Where the Registrar considers an applicant in default in prosecuting an application filed under this Act, he may, by notice, require the applicant to remedy the default within a specified time. After giving the applicant an opportunity to be heard if desired, the Registrar may treat the application as abandoned unless the default is remedied within the time specified in the notice.
