Section 7. Part A and Part B of the register
The register is divided into two parts. Part A contains particulars relating to the registration of geographical indications themselves. Part B contains particulars relating to the registration of authorised users of those geographical indications.
Both parts are incorporated in the manner prescribed by the rules made under the Act.
