Section 76. Agents
Where an act (other than making an affidavit) is required to be done before the Registrar under this Act by a person, it may, subject to the rules, be done instead by a duly authorised representative who is a legal practitioner, a person registered in the prescribed manner as a geographical indications agent, or a person in the principal’s sole and regular employment.
