Section 80. Fees and surcharge
The Central Government prescribes fees and surcharge payable for applications, registrations, and other matters under this Act. The Registrar cannot act on a matter requiring a fee until the fee is paid, and a document requiring a filing fee is deemed not filed at the Registry until it is paid.
