Section 31. [Repeals.] — Repealed.
Section 31, which formed Chapter IV (Repeals) and repealed certain earlier enactments consolidated by this Act, was itself repealed by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1960 (58 of 1960), section 2 and the First Schedule, with effect from 26 December 1960. Its function — repealing prior Hindu succession legislation superseded by this Act — had already been spent by that date.
