Section 23. Power of High Courts to make rules
(1) A High Court may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make such rules, if any, consistent with the Code and this Act, as it may deem necessary for carrying out the provisions of this Act relating to Special Courts.
(2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:—
- (a) the transfer of Judges and other officers appointed to any Special Court;
- (b) the holding of the sittings of Special Court at any place other than the ordinary place of its sitting;
- (c) the procedure for conducting the business of a Special Court.
