107. Defences, etc., in suit for infringement
(1) Every ground on which a patent may be revoked under section 64 is available as a defence in an infringement suit.
(2) In a suit concerning making, using, importing, or distributing a machine, article, process, medicine or drug, it is a defence that this was done in accordance with any of the conditions specified in section 47.
