134. Notification as to countries not providing for reciprocity
Where a country notified by the Central Government does not accord Indian citizens the same patent rights it accords its own nationals, no national of that country may, alone or jointly: (a) apply for or be registered as proprietor of a patent; (b) be registered as assignee of a patent proprietor; or (c) apply for or hold a licence under an Indian patent.
