143. Restrictions upon publication of specification
Subject to Chapter VII (secrecy provisions), an application for a patent and any specification filed with it shall not, without the applicant’s consent, be published by the Controller before expiry of the period prescribed under section 11A(1), or before it is open to public inspection under section 11A(3) or section 43.
