151. Transmission of orders of courts to Controller
(1) Every High Court order on a revocation petition, including grants of validity certificates, must be transmitted to the Controller, who shall record it in the register.
(2) Where an infringement suit or a section 106 suit contests a claim’s validity, and the court finds it valid or invalid, the court transmits a copy of its judgment and decree to the Controller for entry in a supplemental record.
(3) These provisions also apply to appellate courts hearing appeals from such decisions.
