160. Rules to be placed before Parliament
Every rule made under the Act shall be laid before each House of Parliament for a total of thirty days (in one session or successive sessions); if both Houses agree on a modification or that the rule should not be made, the rule then has effect only in the modified form, or ceases to have effect, without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under it.
