20. Prohibition of options in securities. [Omitted]
Section 20 was omitted by the Securities Laws (Amendment) Act, 1995, with effect from 25-01-1995. Prior to omission, section 20 provided that all options in securities entered into after the commencement of the Act would be illegal, and that any option in securities entered into before such commencement and remaining to be performed, wholly or in part, after such commencement would, to that extent, become void.
