Note: This is the certificate contemplated by section 16 for marriages registered under Chapter III (marriages celebrated in other forms). Once entered in the Marriage Certificate Book, the marriage is, under section 18, deemed to be a marriage solemnized under this Act as from the date of entry, and children born after the ceremony of marriage are deemed legitimate.
