The Third Schedule [Repealed]
The Third Schedule, which set out amendments to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, was repealed by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1960 (58 of 1960), section 2 and the First Schedule, with effect from 26 December 1960.
The Fourth Schedule [Repealed]
The Fourth Schedule, which set out amendments to the Banking Companies Act, 1949, was repealed by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1960 (58 of 1960), section 2 and the First Schedule, with effect from 26 December 1960.
The Fifth Schedule [Repealed]
The Fifth Schedule, which set out an amendment to the Imperial Bank of India Act, 1920, was inserted by the State Bank of India (Amendment) Act, 1955 (33 of 1955), section 7, with retrospective effect, and was subsequently repealed by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1960 (58 of 1960), section 2 and the First Schedule, with effect from 26 December 1960.
