Section 53. Amendment of Act 10 of 1949 [Repealed]
Section 53, which amended the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949), was repealed by the Repealing and Amending Act, 1960 (58 of 1960), section 2 and the First Schedule, with effect from 26 December 1960.
