Section 83 (Establishment of Appellate Board) was omitted by the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021 (33 of 2021), s. 21, w.e.f. 4-4-2021. The Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) was abolished and its jurisdiction transferred to the High Courts.
