Section 31. [Special provision for attorneys] — Omitted
Section 31 was omitted by the Advocates (Amendment) Act, 1976 (Act 107 of 1976), with effect from 1 January 1977. It formerly made special transitional provision for attorneys of the High Courts at Bombay and Calcutta.
