Section 43. Cost of proceedings before a disciplinary committee
A disciplinary committee may order costs of any proceeding before it as it deems fit; such an order is executable as if it were an order of the Supreme Court (for the Bar Council of India’s disciplinary committee) or of the High Court (for a State Bar Council’s disciplinary committee).
